This is why:
It'll cause your account to randomly spam some other people and may get your commenting disabled. I don't know anyone firsthand whose had it happened, but honestly...it's better to play it safe. Don't click the link. Even if by some freak happening it comes from me, or someone you know. Don't get your account and possibly your computer messed up.
